Tecniwell dominates the world market in the field of jet grouting equipment for ground stabilization.
Tecniwell offers a wide selection of Mixing Units with volumetric flow rates ranging from 5 to 120 m³/h. Depending on customer requirements, the Mixing Units can be supplied mounted on open skids or containerized and equipped with manual or fully automatic controls. It comes with data logging which helps in keeping records of production.
Tecniwell high-pressure and medium-pressure Triplex pump with operating pressures up to 900 bar and 2600 lt/min are available in versions from 150 to 1000 hp.

These are compact units for Jet-Grouting equipped with high-pressure triplex pumps and automatic mixer, all in one ultra-compact container and can be diesel-electric drive or fully electric.
Are the best solution for jobsites where available space is limited or where it is still necessary to reduce the overall dimensions.
Combined systems consisting of manual or automatic mixing units and injection pumps, they can be made with a fully electric drive or a diesel engine to make them completely independent. Customized solutions are available on request.
Tecniwell Grout Pumps can easily meet all the main requirements for low and medium pressure applications such as micro piling, anchoring injections, permeation grouting, compensation grouting, grout filling (e.g. cavities in mines, tunnels, etc.), drilling mud injections, etc.
In particular, for backfilling operations in tunnel construction works, our more powerful Grout Pumps are frequently used to convey two-component slurries from the mixing plant, usually located outside, to the TBM excavating inside the tunnel.
In order to provide its customers with an increasingly comprehensive service, Tecniwell has developed a wide range of auxiliary equipment for various jetting systems, including: A new system of drilling/injection rods (“ALL IN ONE”) of simple, modular design that can be used for the three different jet grouting methods (JET1, JET2, JET3) without having to change the whole drill string when switching from one method to another;
New swivels, smaller and stronger;
New grouting monitors and special or custom-made accessories for the various grouting methods.
In addition, the compact shape produces a smaller environmental impact compared to traditional vertical silos.
